Usually the macs places at the plazas are very good but this one is poor consistently food is poorly prepared and always seems rushed regardless of when you visit, you’d be better off waiting to go to Obama plaza or j14

Got 4 panini’s for a group of us today none of them were warm through, cheese wasn’t melted on any of them. Chips were cold.

Over priced Asayi bowl made by a staff member who was rude disinterested and barely made eye contact while taking our order. Put in wrong ingredients and just didnt give a shit. Got a roll which was filled with a cold fried egg place is not good

Bought a full Irish breakfast which looked good but was completely cold by the time I got to my seat !

After serving the ‘hot’ food I was made to wait while toast was made (could easily have been done first or at same time). Then had to wait for a different person to serve coffee, then wait again to actually pay.

Shame as the Plaza looked nice and you would think something as simple as service pre-prepared food would be fairly easy to get right. ☹️
